This is a project template that you can add to your Xcode development envionment. Then, when you go to the 'File'->'new Project...' menu option, you will see the "Switcheroo" project as a choice in the list of available projects for the 'iPhone', 'Application' project type. Checked with Xcode 3.1.4.
